Bring Eli Wood Home

We have organized a community-led ground search for missing Wilfrid Laurier University student, Eli Wood, who was reported as missing following a fire on October 19th, 2025 at 6am that destroyed his entire unit, taking the life of his beloved service dog, and that has been ruled as arson. Eli is not connected to the fire, and his disappearance has been ruled by WRPS’ Major Crime Unit to have been foul play.
This search is being led by a community group, and is fully supported by the generosity of community in the KW region. Thank you to Response Tactics International for their support with resources and boots on the ground.
